Role overview
PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to maximize on-shelf presence across assigned outlets.
The role is part of the sales team and includes merchandising, sampling, promotions, and market information reporting.
Responsibilities
- Call on assigned outlets according to the daily journey plan.
- Merchandise products across shelves, stands, floor displays, and other outlet access points.
- Place point-of-sale materials next to product displays where applicable.
- Execute approved planograms across all access points.
- Rotate products using FIFO and remove sub-standard products.
- Maintain clean and fresh product stock on shelves.
- Monitor competitive activities and report outlet deviations.
- Submit daily activity reports to the supervisor.
- Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior under the code of conduct.
Qualifications
- Valid driving license.
- Service-level orientation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
