Requirements

- Several years of progressive experience in MEP engineering within construction or infrastructure sectors in the GCC
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office, and relevant calculation tools
- Strong project coordination, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Role Description
- Lead the design, coordination, and implementation of MEP systems for building services and infrastructure projects.
- Review and develop MEP drawings and specifications, perform load calculations, prepare technical submissions.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
- Oversee site execution, monitor contractor performance, resolve technical issues.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients, participate in progress meetings.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in MEP systems and MEP coordination for building and infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Building Services design, installation, and commissioning.
- Practical experience in Plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and fire protection design and supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- Several years of progressive experience in MEP engineering within construction or infrastructure sectors in the GCC.
- Proficiency in engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office, and relevant calculation tools).
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, local authority regulations).
- Strong project coordination, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
