Responsibilities
- Design chilled water plant systems, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, expansion tanks, and chilled water piping networks
- Perform HVAC cooling/heating load calculations, equipment selection, pipe sizing, and hydraulic calculations
- Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings, layout drawings, schematics, and BOQ/BOM using AutoCAD and Revit
- Supervise HVAC installation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, safety requirements, and applicable standards
- Lead Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and system performance verification
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and chilled water distribution systems
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Identify and implement energy efficient solutions to optimize chilled water plant performance
