Role Overview
MSCEB is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.
The role is based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC design and calculations.
- Design domestic water supply, drainage, and sewer systems.
- Perform fire fighting design using NFPA standards.
- Perform pump head calculations and water storage tank sizing.
- Address Civil Defense, RC, SBC, and Saudi Code authority requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Use Revit MEP and support BIM coordination.
Qualifications and Experience
- SCE registration as a registered or licensed Professional engineer is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university is required.
- At least eight years of experience in mechanical design and project delivery is required.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, Revit, and collaborative design processes is required.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Arabic and English are required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Based in or willing to relocate to Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
- Strategic mindset with operational awareness and local market knowledge.
- Comfort working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
