In this role, you will lead high-performing teams, optimize marketing strategies, and achieve targeted goals while balancing profitability, guest experience, and operational efficiency.

- Base pay rate is $87,500 per year, plus commissions and bonuses governed by a compensation plan. Marketing Managers have targeted annual earnings of $175,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance
