Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and execution of global launch plans to maximize brand awareness and profitability
- Define brand positioning, target audiences, and key messaging
- Support communication strategy with PR and Community teams
- Oversee creation of all marketing assets, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies on campaign development and optimization
- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance using key metrics
- Ensure alignment with development teams to maintain brand vision and meet objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Proven experience launching video games, including at least one AAA title with an international campaign
- Strong experience in 360 marketing campaign management and working with external agencies
- Ability to analyze performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on data and KPIs
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
