Who We’re Looking For
As a Sr. Manager of Software Development at RF-SMART you will lead lead a growing team building cloud-based supply chain solutions. You'll drive technical excellence, manage QA accountability, own the technology backlog, and operationalize a modern AWS SaaS platform—while developing the people around you. Real ownership. Real impact. A mission that matters.
People Leadership (~50%)
Hire, develop, and retain engineering and QA talent; build personalized growth plans.
Run 1:1s, performance reviews, and own compensation and promotion decisions.
Drive engagement through transparent communication, recognition, and a culture of belonging.
Technical Leadership (~30%)
Influence AWS cloud architecture and key technical decisions.
Manage QA accountability—ensure testing standards, coverage, and quality gates are consistently met.
Drive the technology backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and operational priorities.
Champion CI/CD, DevOps, and SaaS operational excellence.
Delivery & Collaboration (~20%)
Partner with Product to prioritize, scope, and commit to delivery timelines.
