Summary

The incumbent will ensure alignment with controls, procedures, and tooling which support our desire to deliver a world-class set of services in a predictable manner.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Directs the software development lifecycle, including design, budgeting, and implementation. Provides early insights on the impact of new initiatives on existing systems and infrastructure.
- Team & Talent Management: Manages a team of developers, third-party vendors, and interns. Sets clear goals, conducts performance reviews, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous professional growth.
- Technical Oversight: Conducts architectural reviews and provides technical guidance for a polyglot environment. Preferred exposure to .Net (C#), Go (Golang), and modern Frontend technologies (React/Angular) to ensure scalable, high-performance delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Oversees on-call support processes and incident response protocols. Leads post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement long-term preventative measures.
