About the Role
Worldpay is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Solution to join its Enterprise team and support regional growth.
The role leads Solution Consultants and oversees technical and operational solutions throughout the sales process.
The role provides strategic oversight of pre-sales engagements and advises customers and internal stakeholders.
Leadership and People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Consultants.
- Drive operational change, continuous improvement, and best practice across the Solutions Consulting organisation.
Pre-Sales Solution Leadership
- Oversee technical pre-sales activities for complex commercial opportunities, product implementations, and solution deployments.
- Ensure technical, financial, and operational solutions address customer requirements and business objectives.
- Support strategic deals and critical customer escalations.
- Develop and oversee customer installation, implementation, and systems integration plans.
