JOB PURPOSE To drive revenue growth and business expansion across Switches, Switchgear, and Lighting products by leading sales teams, strengthening and expanding channel networks across B2B and B2C markets, and ensuring effective management of key financial and operational metrics, including collections, DSO, inventory, and profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage Managers and frontline sales teams across India in all the assigned regions for Switches, Switchgear, and Lighting products.Drive business growth through strategic market expansion, channel development, and strengthening of B2B and B2C sales networks.Develop and execute strategies to achieve targeted revenue, collections, DSO, promotional, and brand-building objectives.Drive effective inventory planning and management to support business targets while maintaining optimum inventory levels.Ensure effective implementation and adherence to company policies, processes, and procedures.
