The Senior Manager, Product Intelligence & Analytics is responsible for driving product analytics, experimentation support, customer insights, and performance intelligence across Tim Hortons’ digital guest experience ecosystem.

This role partners closely with Product, AI/ML, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to support data-informed product decisions, experimentation methodologies, KPI measurement, and customer behavior analysis across digital guest experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with modern product analytics thinking, experimentation fluency, technical curiosity, and operational pragmatism.

This role plays a key part in evolving the organization toward more intelligent, insight-driven, and AI-enabled product decision making.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration.

Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Toronto, ON .

What You'Ll Do

Experience supporting mobile app, ordering, loyalty, payments, or digital guest experience ecosystems.
Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, and customer funnel optimization.
Exposure to AI/ML, personalization, predictive modeling, or automation initiatives.
Strong technical curiosity and interest in modern AI-enabled analytics workflows.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, highly cross-functional organizations.
Product-minded and experimentation-oriented approach to analytics and customer insights.

For Candidates Based in Ontario, the Expected Salary Range is: $120,000 - $160,000

Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.

This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.
