Leads the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and establishes a standardized program management framework across the organization.
Provides strategic leadership for program planning, scheduling, and performance reporting, earned value management, risk and opportunity management, change management, and program controls to ensure a successful execution of programs.
Defines and executes a multi-year PMO maturity roadmap and maintains enterprise program management processes, tools, and governance while overseeing the Program Scheduling and Program Planning & Control (PP&C) teams.
Working closely with Program Managers, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and executive leadership, ensuring programs are executed consistently, efficiently, and in compliance with customer and contractual requirements.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of aerospace or defense program management experience with 5 years of leadership experience managing program controls, scheduling, PMO functions, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Aviation background and aircraft interior experience required.
PMI certification preferred.
Employees working on programs subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations must qualify as a US Person which is defined as a US Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company, foreign government, foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee for legal compliance purposes.
The expected WA salary range for this position is between $133,160.00 - $183,000.00 USD.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
