- This is a hybrid role based in the Mississauga, Ontario office, with three days in the office and two days remotely.
Role Overview
The Senior Manager will lead global support for Xvantage for Vendors and Xvantage Integrations.
The role focuses on AI-enabled, knowledge-driven, and self-service support for vendors and integration partners.
Xvantage for Vendors supports product catalogs, SKUs, pricing, and promotions, while Xvantage Integrations supports APIs, XML, and headless commerce capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive proactive AI-enabled support using copilots, automated issue detection, and AI-assisted diagnostics.
- Implement and mature a Knowledge-Centered Service operating model and scalable knowledge ecosystems.
- Improve vendor onboarding, catalog operations, and vendor experience.
- Lead partner integration support across APIs, XML, ERP, procurement, and ecommerce platforms.
- Define platform health metrics and partner with DevOps, SRE, and Engineering to improve reliability.
- Lead a global support team and establish operational standards, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.
