We seek a Senior Manager to lead our Oracle Fusion ERP applications team.
You will oversee Record-to-Report (RTR) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) tracks globally.
Your Role
covers operations support, enhancements, migrations, and major digital transformations.
You will manage internal teams, lead system rollouts, and drive high-impact strategic projects.
Project & Rollout Management
- Manage global Fusion rollouts.
- Standardize core business processes worldwide.
- Govern project timelines, risks, and scopes.
- Coordinate system integrators and third-party vendors.
- Ensure seamless hypercare support post-deployment.
Production Support & Enhancements
- Oversee Tier 2/3 operations support.
- Meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage quarterly Oracle release update cycles.
- Prioritize complex custom enhancement pipelines.
- Ensure high application availability and performance.
Strategic Leadership & Transformations
- Align ERP capabilities with business goals.
- Direct complex cloud migration strategies.
- Lead cross-functional implementation teams.
