Role Overview
Serve as a strategic operations leader responsible for organizational performance, operational excellence, and cross-functional team leadership.
Transform processes, systems, and team performance to achieve business objectives.
Environment, Health and Safety
- Drive compliance with Process Safety Management, OSHA, local environmental controls, and workplace safety requirements.
- Maintain a safe and pollution-free working environment through audits, EHS rounds, safety meetings, HAZOP studies, and occupational health risk assessments.
- Oversee ETP and STP operations and ensure adherence to hazardous waste management protocols.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions for safety incidents and near misses.
Production and Operational Excellence
- Direct day-to-day manufacturing operations to maximize equipment utilization, plant uptime, output yield, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs covering safety, quality, delivery, cost efficiency, productivity, yield, throughput, and equipment reliability.
- Own plant performance across production, maintenance, quality, food safety, stores, and factory administration.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement frameworks to reduce bottlenecks, cycle time, waste, rework, and downtime.
