Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics will own the architecture, data integrity, and operational processes of Miovision's marketing technology stack.
The role partners with Sales Operations, Finance, and Marketing to improve pipeline execution, campaign speed, revenue attribution, and marketing ROI.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Own and optimize enterprise marketing automation platforms and integrated CRM, sales enablement, and data enrichment tools.
- Design and refine lead scoring, routing, nurturing workflows, and database hygiene with Demand Generation and Sales Operations.
- Build dashboards and multi-touch attribution models to measure campaigns and revenue contribution.
- Manage campaign intake, request queues, reusable templates, and service-level agreement compliance.
- Enforce GDPR, CASL, and CCPA standards and maintain marketing database quality.
- Manage the marketing operations budget, vendors, renewals, and tool utilization.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Operations team and provide training and documentation.
