To lead and drive Shubhashish Homes’ land acquisition and business development strategy in Jaipur by identifying, evaluating, and closing land opportunities through broker networks, landowners, and market intelligence, while managing end-to-end feasibility, negotiations, and due diligence activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead land sourcing activities through strong broker networks, landowners, and market channels in Jaipur.
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with brokers, landowners, consultants, and local stakeholders.
- Identify potential land parcels aligned with the company’s development strategy.
- Conduct land visits for physical verification, zoning understanding, and site assessments.
- Oversee market research, micro-market mapping, pricing benchmarks, and competition analysis.
- Drive preliminary feasibility studies including development potential, costing, and ROI analysis.
- Lead and participate in negotiations with landowners and brokers.
- Coordinate closely with legal, technical, finance, and liaisoning teams for due diligence and approvals.
- Manage documentation related to land acquisition, agreements, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare detailed feasibility notes, presentations, and proposals for senior management review.
- Track market trends, upcoming development corridors, and policy changes affecting land acquisition.
- Ensure timely closure of land deals and smooth handover for project initiation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, if applicable.
