Sr Manager, Global Supply Planning

Role Overview

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role starts in Brecksville, Ohio, and transitions to the Wickliffe, Ohio campus in 2028.
• The position is full-time and requires in-person collaboration four days each week with one flexible remote day.

Supply Planning Strategy

• Develop a global supply planning strategy aligned with asset capabilities, technologies, and business priorities over a 2–5 year horizon.
• Oversee supply planning across a 3–24 month horizon, aligning demand, capacity, and operational execution.
• Define long-term capacity and asset requirements to support growth and changing customer needs.

Scenario Planning and Stakeholder Partnership

• Design scenarios to evaluate trade-offs across service levels, cost structures, capital investments, and risk exposure.
• Translate capacity expansions, network redesigns, and outsourcing into actionable supply chain plans.
• Partner with business unit leaders and global stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assess third-party logistics capabilities required for future demand and network strategies.

Team and Process Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of supply planners.
• Strengthen team capabilities in scenario modeling, what-if analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Center of Excellence to standardize processes and lead training.
• Drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in supply planning or a related supply chain discipline.
• At least 8 years of leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in capacity planning, long-range supply planning, and integrated business planning.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including scenario planning and supply constraint analysis.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to senior leadership.
• Experience working across demand planning, operations, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with complex supply networks.
• Familiarity with advanced planning systems and digital supply chain tools.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment

• The work environment may include laboratory, manufacturing, production-floor, or hybrid office settings.
• The role may involve standing, walking, operating equipment, using computers, and occasional movement of materials.
