Role Overview
Lead technical pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers across the UAE market.
Partner with sales to drive revenue, coach sales and pre-sales teams, and support complex sales cycles.
Communicate complex, business value-focused solutions and build relationships with important partners in large corporations.
The Impact You Will Have
- Hire, mentor, and grow the pre-sales team for the UAE market.
- Build a motivated, collaborative culture within a hyper-growth team.
- Improve return on investment from Solutions Architect involvement in sales cycles.
- Ensure solution-based and value-based selling within the field engineering organization.
- Understand account needs and revenue potential in the assigned region.
- Engage key customer executives to build and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Align with partners and internal services to secure account implementation strategies.
- Build the company brand as a Leadership team member with regional Marketing and Sales teams.
What We Look For
- Experience managing successful Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals.
- Experience in consumption-based business environments.
- Experience mentoring and scaling technical teams.
- Success instituting processes that improve efficiency and product focus for technical field members.
- Ability to collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional leaders.
- Strong point of view on the value of data, AI, and cloud software solutions.
- Technical or consulting background in Data Engineering, Database technologies, or Data Science.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience dealing with clients in the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
