Sr. Manager, Enterprise UX Design Architect

Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern UX prototyping tools to create workflows, prototypes, design specifications, and reusable design components.

Experience creating, scaling, and governing enterprise design systems, UX pattern libraries, and component frameworks.

Strong knowledge of UX architecture, workflow modeling, service blueprinting, information architecture, and interaction design methodologies.

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to deliver implementation-ready designs that align with technical constraints and delivery milestones.

Experience working within enterprise technology environments involving analytics platforms, data-driven applications, and complex operational systems.

Experience supporting AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) driven products, workflow automation platforms, or advanced analytics solutions.

Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platform design and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Experience facilitating executive-level workshops, design thinking sessions, and cross-functional alignment activities.

Knowledge of accessibility standards, inclusive design practices, and usability evaluation techniques.

Experience building and scaling global UX organizations across multiple regions and time zones.
