The Opportunity
Lead a cross-functional team of developers, Business Systems Analysts, and Quality Assurance analysts delivering digital solutions.
Support client-facing platforms including cooperators.ca, Online Services, Mobile App, and National Quote & Buy.
Drive end-to-end digital delivery, client experience improvements, business value, and AI-enabled software delivery practices.
Work Model and Language
- This is a regular full-time role with a hybrid work model requiring two days in the office.
- The role operates in English.
How You Will Create Impact
- Own medium- to large-scale digital initiatives across web, online services, quote-and-buy, and mobile platforms.
- Define product and platform roadmaps with business and technology leaders and translate strategy into delivery plans.
- Champion CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, and quality engineering.
- Lead developers, Business Systems Analysts, and Quality Assurance professionals.
- Drive Agile and AI-enabled delivery models and value-based prioritization.
- Oversee risk, financial accountability, vendor coordination, governance, and portfolio performance.
