Job Posting Description

  • This is an onsite role. Reporting to the Director, Ecommerce Product Management, you will help drive our marketing technology (MarTech) strategy as part of the evolution of personalization.
  • You will manage the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of MarTech solutions to enhance customer experiences, optimize digital properties, and support data driven marketing initiatives.

About The Role

  • Define and maintain the MarTech product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business personalization and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with customer experience objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in MarTech.
  • Ensure the MarTech roadmap supports the integration of tools such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Target, and Pegasystems.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and document requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product features or enhancements.
  • Work closely with Marketing, and Digital Experience teams to ensure MarTech solutions meet their needs.
  • Partner with Insights, Analytics, and data governance teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Collaborate with Product development teams to ensure delivery of MarTech solutions, adhering to Agile methodologies.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Oversee the testing and deployment of MarTech solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of MarTech platforms, identifying areas for improvement.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business (Commerce), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product ownership, marketing technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech platforms and their integration with business processes.
  • Experience with MarTech platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Hubspot, Braze, and/or customer data platforms (CDPs) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on data driven decision making.
