Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the MarTech product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with customer experience objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in MarTech
- Ensure the MarTech roadmap supports integration of tools such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Target, and Pegasystems
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and document requirements
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product features
- Work closely with Marketing and Digital Experience teams to ensure MarTech solutions meet their needs
- Partner with Insights, Analytics, and data governance teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Collaborate with Product development teams to ensure delivery of MarTech solutions adhering to Agile methodologies
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Oversee testing and deployment of MarTech solutions, ensuring quality standards and business requirements are met
- Monitor and report on performance of MarTech platforms, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in product ownership, marketing technology, or related field
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is an asset
- Strong understanding of MarTech platforms and their integration with business processes
- Experience with MarTech platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, and/or CDPs preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Analytical and problem solving skills with focus on data driven decision making

- This is an onsite role. Reporting to the Director, Ecommerce Product Management, you will help drive our marketing technology (MarTech) strategy as part of the evolution of personalization.
