Role Overview
Serve as the operational backbone of Knix, KT, and MNTD's in-house Creative Team.
Own creative intake, prioritization, workflows, resourcing, timelines, budgets, and execution oversight.
Report to the Senior Director of Creative and Content.
Creative Operations
- Own intake and prioritization of creative briefs based on business needs, timing, impact, and resources.
- Create project plans, milestones, dependencies, owners, and workback schedules.
- Review briefs to ensure objectives, scope, deliverables, audiences, channels, and decision-makers are clear.
Go-to-Market and Execution
- Coordinate launches and campaigns across Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, Retail, Social, and other teams.
- Track milestones, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and decisions across concurrent initiatives.
- Develop solutions that keep work moving while protecting creative quality and business priorities.
Budget and Capacity
- Track creative budgets and plan resources across internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and external partners.
