Sr. Manager - Commercials 4D

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of commercial operations.

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, finance, product, legal, operations) to align commercial activities with overall business objectives.

Monitor, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of commercial initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commercial operations professionals, fostering high performance, innovation, and accountability.

Oversee contracts, pricing structures, and commercial negotiations to maximize profitability while minimizing risk exposure.

Prepare and deliver regular reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
