Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain planning & execution processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process enhancements using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, PLM, and other teams to align process improvements with business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and IT for supply chain systems, supporting configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across planning and inventory systems.
- Lead or support supply chain projects, including system upgrades and automation initiatives.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and training materials for effective implementation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a business process or systems analyst role within supply chain or operations.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain planning, and inventory optimization processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and data visualization platforms like Power BI.
- Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of automation tools and demand forecasting processes.
- Experience in supply chain collaboration and capacity planning.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
