Role Overview
The role manages business and remote-site operations, support functions, client relationships, staffing, budgets, service quality, and contract performance.
The manager is responsible for maintaining operational standards, profitability, compliance, workforce capability, and client satisfaction.
Operations and Compliance
- Manage SACC systems and ensure site processes, operating procedures, and required behaviours are followed.
- Host regular project meetings, manage deadlines, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain staffing levels and rosters within the labour budget.
- Identify high-risk tasks and hazardous situations and introduce appropriate controls.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, quality assurance, food safety, hygiene, and employment requirements.
- Control company and client assets and prepare budget gap analysis where needed.
Commercial and Client Management
- Deliver budgeted profit through management of food costs, labour costs, and overheads.
- Manage client relationships, resolve issues quickly, and protect project profitability.
- Review client expectations against contractual terms and introduce corrective action.
- Represent the company at regular onsite client meetings.
