RBC's Data Science, Analytics and Innovation team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic insights, storytelling, and measurement across AI and digital transformation programs.
Strategic Insights and Storytelling
- Synthesize data across channels and advisor or client segments to identify patterns, insights, and program effectiveness.
- Distill analytical complexity to identify business drivers and translate findings into stories and actionable recommendations.
- Explore RBC data assets to surface opportunities that advance transformational priorities and enterprise value.
Analytics Ownership and Partnership
- Partner with AI and Conversational Banking Product and Platform teams to frame problems, define questions, and determine analytical approaches.
- Bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous business questions where the path forward is not predefined.
- Lead analytical engagements from problem definition through insight, recommendation, and action.
Measurement and Value Creation
- Develop measurement and experimental frameworks, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Translate findings into recommendations to scale, optimize, evolve, or stop initiatives.
- Connect program outcomes to broader business objectives and value creation.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business or a quantitative discipline.
- Experience applying data to drive business value in a product or analytics domain.
- Mature business acumen with proven business results or successes from past positions.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Previous direct experience with Conversational Banking Products is nice to have.
- Tableau and SQL experience are nice to have.
