Stay current on Amazon's evolving policies, programs, algorithm changes, and advertising and merchandising capabilities, translating new features and best practices into opportunities for the business.
Coordinate review-generation and reputation-management programs, partnering with the Customer Experience and Operations teams on returns and fulfillment.
Build clear visibility into on-platform performance beyond top-line sales, and select and operate the marketplace tools that support it.
Connect Amazon insights to DTC and other channels so demand intelligence flows across the business, and communicate channel performance and priorities to leadership through regular reporting and recaps.
5-6 years managing Amazon Seller Central and/or marketplace businesses, with a track record of driving revenue and category growth (3P experience strongly preferred)

Experience on both the brand side and the agency side of Amazon, able to set direction for and partner effectively with specialist media partners (strongly preferred)

This role can be based in our Summit, NJ headquarters or New York, NY office. To support our business and company culture, we work together in person a minimum of two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) with flexibility to work remotely on other days. Occasional work from one of our other offices may be required.
The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000. New hires are typically brought in between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. Base salary is one part of a total rewards package. In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible to be part of the Company’s annual bonus program with a non-binding Company and individual performance-based target bonus.
