Silica is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities at our Lamesa, Texas facility.
This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment and supporting systems through effective preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement programs.
The Maintenance Manager provides leadership and direction to the maintenance team while partnering closely with Operations and other site functions to maximize equipment availability, minimize unplanned downtime, and support production goals.
This role will oversee maintenance planning and execution, analyze equipment failures, identify opportunities to improve reliability, and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
