In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities to support business and customer requirements.
- Monitor shipment movement and proactively resolve transportation-related issues to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, trade requirements, and company policies.
- Analyze freight data, transportation costs, and carrier performance to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain, customer service, planning, procurement, and warehouse teams to support on-time delivery objectives.
- Maintain accurate transportation records, documentation, and system updates.
- Support carrier selection, freight audits, and logistics service provider performance reviews.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Generate and interpret transportation metrics and reports to support operational decision-making.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance logistics efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

For This Role, You Will Need
- Experience supporting transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or operational coordination activities.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency using business systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
That Set You Apart
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or global supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or logistics platforms.
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping practices, freight documentation, and carrier management.
- Experience supporting freight cost analysis, performance tracking, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of trade compliance, import/export processes, or transportation regulations.
- Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools that support operational analysis.
