Role Overview
Own communication with patients and customers across their full relationship with Willow.
Help lead Willow's migration to Braze and improve lifecycle marketing performance.
Lifecycle Strategy and Retention
- Own nurture, onboarding, engagement, retention, winback, and reactivation across the patient journey.
- Build behavioral and transactional segmentation to increase LTV and reduce churn.
- Run testing across messaging, cadence, and personalization based on retention and LTV.
Braze and Marketing Technology
- Help lead the Braze migration across architecture, audiences, attributes, triggers, and canvases.
- Build automated journeys across email, SMS, and other channels.
- Set standards for naming, QA, and governance.
