Sr Leadership Development Specialist

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, business, psychology, human resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Demonstrated experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, talent development or a related field.

Demonstrated experience designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning programs using adult learning and instructional design best practices.

Demonstrated success facilitating classroom, virtual and large-group learning experiences with a dynamic and engaging communication style.

Experience coaching leaders or teams and applying strong consulting, relationship-building and influencing skills.

Demonstrated project and program management experience, including successful implementation of multiple complex initiatives with measurable results.

Strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
