Ensure consistency and maintain the quality of animations and promo video builds across project teams.

Comprehend animation briefs and feedback quickly, conceptualizing and producing high-quality animations.

Manage animation assignments and work together with a group responsible for developing and sustaining creations.

Be responsive to remote direction and make requested changes in a timely manner.

Add customer value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline, from concept through pre-production, production, and post-production.

Play a key role in providing consistent, high-quality animations for innovative gaming products as briefed and directed by the Chief Concept Creator & Art Director/Lead.

Conceptualize new animations in accordance with animation briefs.

Continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Highly motivated and self-organized individual with a passion for crafting outstanding artwork.

Advanced understanding of 2D and 3D animation skills along with animation principles.

High level of proficiency in using essential art packages and plugins, such as Adobe After Effects, Maxon Red Giant Trapcode, Esoteric Spine, Autodesk 3DS Max, and Maya.

Good English communication skills.

Adaptive behavior and flexibility in undertaking tasks.

Demonstrates integrity and strong organizational behavior.

5+ years of experience in a commercial art environment using related programs/tools.

Proficiency in essential software – Adobe After Effects, Maxon Red Giant Trapcode, Esoteric Spine, Autodesk 3DS Max, and Maya.
