Experience Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience building enterprise-scale Java applications.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical training, corporate learning and development, or technical enablement.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, update, and scale advanced Java full-stack training modules, labs, and project frameworks.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coding bootcamps covering Core Java, Advanced Java, and modern frameworks.
• Mentor trainees and junior developers through coding practices, code reviews, debugging, and architecture patterns.
• Train engineers on microservices, Spring Boot, cloud integrations, and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Manage competency metrics, coding assessments, and actionable performance feedback.
• Integrate clean code, CI/CD, unit testing, design patterns, and SDLC practices into training.

Technical Skills

• Core and Advanced Java, including Java 8+, collections, multithreading, concurrency, and JVM internals.
• Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate or JPA, and RESTful web services.
• Microservices architecture, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Git, Maven or Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Public speaking, presentation, and classroom or virtual management skills.

Compensation

• Annual pay is listed as ₹552,119.32 to ₹1,923,284.71.
