Job Summary
Provide technical support to OpenGov employees and become a subject matter expert on OpenGov systems.
Address advanced technical challenges, lead end-user training, author knowledge articles, and identify process and tool enhancements.
Workplace
- The position requires an in-office presence five days per week.
- Support may be delivered in person, remotely, through chat, and by email.
- Travel to various OpenGov facilities is required as needed.
Technical Support
- Serve as the primary escalation point for employee technical assistance.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software issues using probing and targeted questioning.
- Deliver VIP support to the executive team.
