Infrastructure Operations
- Administer and optimize Citrix Cloud, Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Azure infrastructure, and Active Directory environments.
- Use monitoring, management, and capacity planning to maintain performance, availability, and reliability.
- Remediate recurring systemic issues and provide Level 3 escalation support within defined SLAs.
