Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for users, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, handheld devices, and other site equipment.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows systems, hardware, software, and network-connected devices.
- Monitor and support Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, internet connectivity, CCTV, and access points.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Administer Active Directory, access permissions, endpoint security, antivirus, patching, and basic security monitoring.
- Provide first-level support for SAP and other ERP applications, including access, transaction troubleshooting, issue logging, and escalation.
- Support biometric systems, handheld terminals, Bluetooth printers, scanners, and van-sales or operational systems.
- Monitor, investigate, document, and escalate system, network, security, and application incidents.
- Maintain IT asset records, system documentation, SOPs, incident logs, and support reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement, maintenance, repairs, and service delivery.
- Support IT requirements across farm, production, warehouse, logistics, and other operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, desktop support, or technical support.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, endpoint security, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Exposure to Active Directory, firewall and Wi-Fi administration, CCTV devices, patch management, and IT asset management.
- SAP or other ERP exposure is preferred, particularly in operational environments.
- ERP user support and basic transaction troubleshooting familiarity is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, documentation, and user-support skills.
- Ability to work independently at a site location and respond to operational IT requirements.
- Experience in farm, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or multi-site environments is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at a site location.
