Position Overview
Responsible for managing and supporting Azure, AWS, Windows, and Linux environments
Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations
Install, configure, automate, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions
What You'll Do
- Install, configure, automate, and monitor various Azure & AWS Cloud services
- Install, configure, automate, and monitor Windows systems and domains
- Install, configure, automate, and monitor Linux systems
- Perform operational engineering, including platform upgrades, server patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Provide off-hours on-call support
- Create and update technical documentation
- Participate in projects in a fast-paced environment, independently or within a team
- Work closely with peers to implement and manage secure, scalable, repeatable, and reliable cloud infrastructure environments
- Contribute to troubleshooting of production issues related to a wide range of server and network topics
- Address day-to-day support cases in a timely manner with high quality
- Align business objectives with technical solutions for stakeholder requests
What You've Done
- Bachelor's degree or higher education level, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information and Technology and Computer Engineering, or a related engineering/computer field
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
- 3+ years technical support and administration of Microsoft Azure or AWS systems
- Experience with CloudFormation, Autoscaling, VPC in AWS
- Experience with Azure NSG
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience with Active Directory, including maintaining several domains
Skills & Capabilities
- Working knowledge of VPN connectivity and client troubleshooting
- General knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure virtual network appliances
- Knowledge of network protocols such as DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP
- Knowledge of network and TCP/IP routing/subnetting
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes
- Works well with people who have diverse abilities, experiences, and perspectives
- Approaches opportunities and issues with an optimistic, action-oriented, and solution-based approach

Role aligned to a specific location (Mumbai, India)
Expected to reside within reasonable proximity to that location
May work remotely at start, but may transition to hybrid work arrangement
