Role Overview
Nuveen Natural Capital is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst for its Information Technology team.
The role maintains IT systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers and implements solutions for end-user needs.
The analyst supports uptime, performance, resource availability, and security within established operational guidelines.
The role troubleshoots network communications errors, storage problems, and malfunctioning server platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform complex analysis across networks, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications, and devices.
- Acquire, install, and upgrade computer components and software while planning for outages and other infrastructure problems.
- Automate routine tasks through scripting and basic computer programming.
- Develop domain solutions and execute changes according to implementation plans.
- Configure servers and associated networking to support reliable operation.
- Review and create documentation covering configurations, routing, processes, service records, and equipment.
- Coach and mentor lower-level professionals.
