The Opportunity
Euna Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager for its Professional Services team.
The role owns customer onboarding from end to end and serves as the primary client contact.
The position combines requirements gathering, SaaS configuration, project coordination, training, documentation, and issue resolution.
What You Will Do
- Lead client kickoff meetings, gather business processes and requirements, and provide implementation guidance.
- Manage implementation scope, communications, risks, opportunities, and change-management support.
- Configure system settings, workflows, and integrations using out-of-the-box functionality where possible.
- Prepare data and initial loads in Excel, write simple scripts, and author ad hoc reports when needed.
- Coordinate with sales, product management, customer success, and technical support through adoption.
- Develop training sessions and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and knowledge-base articles.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues, escalate complex problems, and provide timely client updates.
- Contribute to improvements in implementation processes and methodologies.
