Tekzone Industrial Construction Company seeks a Senior HR Executive to manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and UAE Labour Law compliance.

Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs
- Handle onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding
- Ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Provide guidance on HR policies and company procedures
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Coordinate visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID renewals, medicals, and other government related documentation
- Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, and other government authorities when required
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5–8 years of HR experience in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience handling blue collar and white collar workforce management
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi, leadership, and problem solving skills
