Sr Frontend Developer, React - Chennai

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable and high-performance web applications using React.

The ideal candidate will lead frontend development efforts, define UI architecture, mentor team members, and deliver seamless user experiences across modern web platforms.

Lead the design and development of scalable frontend applications using React.js Architect reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams Translate business requirements into high-quality, responsive user interfaces Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.) Integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL services with frontend applications Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend best practices Mentor junior and mid-level developers Drive frontend technical decisions and improvements Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in frontend development Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern ES6+ features Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem Deep understanding of component-based architecture Experience with state management tools (Redux, MobX, or Context API) Strong knowledge of REST APIs / GraphQL integration Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel Familiarity with version control systems like Git Good understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Skills: Experience with TypeScript Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
