We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Feedstock Advisor to lead the development and execution of strategic feedstock opportunities for our Graphite Materials business. This external-facing role requires deep needle coke and petroleum coke market expertise, strong commercial judgment, and a demonstrated ability to structure and execute complex feedstock commercial agreements. The successful candidate will translate deep feedstock and needle coke expertise into executable commercial strategies that strengthen supply resilience and deliver long-term business value.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

20+ years of relevant industry experience, including 10+ years of direct experience in the needle coke & petroleum coke markets.

Deep knowledge of needle coke feedstocks, manufacturing processes, product requirements, industry participants, market dynamics, and value-chain economics.

Proven success structuring, negotiating, and closing complex feedstock, supply, processing, tolling, partnership, or other non-standard commercial agreements.

Experience leading & supporting M&A, joint venture, strategic investment, asset transaction, or corporate development activities.

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior external counterparties and align diverse internal stakeholders without direct authority.

Excellent executive communication, commercial judgment, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in global and ambiguous business environments.
