Role Overview
Oversee commercial or infrastructure construction activities as a Senior Executive Project Engineer.
Lead site execution while maintaining structural integrity, quality, safety, schedule, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction operations according to approved blueprints.
- Interpret structural, RCC, and architectural drawings for construction crews.
- Inspect materials and workmanship for quality and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor milestones, allocate resources, and prepare technical progress reports.
- Resolve construction challenges with practical, creative, and safe engineering solutions.
- Coordinate architects, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Enforce site safety protocols and minimize workplace risks.
- Assist with bills of quantities, material monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
- At least 10 years of field experience in commercial or infrastructure construction.
- Strong command of surveying instruments and construction management software.
- Relevant software includes AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera.
