Role Overview
Senior Executive – HR & Admin based at the Pune head office.
The role manages day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, HR reporting, and office administration.
Experience supporting Solar EPC or project teams is relevant to the role.
Experience and Education
- Requires 4–5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
- Requires graduation in any discipline.
- MBA, PGDM, MSW, or MPM in HR is an advantage.
- Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Power, Electrical EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, or Engineering is preferred.
HR Operations and Recruitment
- Manage joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee master data, personnel files, HRMS records, and HR documentation.
- Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment, transfer, experience, and relieving letters.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Handle recruitment for head office and project or site requirements, including sourcing, screening, interviews, tracking, and vacancy closure.
