Job description
The role is responsible for the effective delivery, supervision, and coordination of hard and soft facilities management services.
The position supports operational excellence, statutory compliance, safety, service quality, and client and customer satisfaction.
Facilities and maintenance
- Supervise MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, BMS, fire and life-safety, and other building systems.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure planned schedules are completed on time.
- Coordinate specialist contractors and service providers.
- Review equipment performance, breakdowns, maintenance records, and technical reports.
- Monitor CAFM and work-order systems and ensure timely closure of jobs.
Soft services and teams
- Manage cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, security, and other support services.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, grooming, and service standards.
- Lead supervisors, technicians, housekeeping staff, and outsourced service teams.
- Prepare duty rosters and manpower plans.
- Conduct toolbox talks, team briefings, and performance reviews.
