Ensure imported shipments have the proper documentation before clearance.

Collaborate with and audit outside customs brokers to support compliant import activity.

Assist management is preparing and submitting required document request from CBP

Work with supply chain planning teams on customs compliance matters.

Research foreign import/export regulations as needed to support company import and export activities.

Analyze shipment, facility, broker, vendor, and compliance data to support reporting and process improvements.

Identify recurring issues, determine root causes, and help drive practical solutions.

Maintain a high level of accuracy in data processing and documentation.

Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, colleagues, customers, and third-party partners.

Contribute to a positive team environment with a willingness to learn, adapt, and problem solve.

Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance expectations.
