Role Overview
The Sr.
Engineer – Reliability Engineering will be responsible for managing and executing product reliability testing and validation activities within the Reliability Lab .
The role will ensure that products, components, and systems meet defined reliability, durability, performance, and quality requirements through structured testing, data analysis, failure investigation, and continuous improvement.
The role will work closely with Product Design, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute reliability tests, identify failure modes, determine root causes, and recommend design or process improvements.
