What You’ll Be Doing

• Define test strategies, testing scope, quality risks, and detailed plans using manual, automated, and risk-based coverage.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks, scripts, and reusable libraries for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Apply AI-assisted methods to test creation, maintenance, test data generation, failure analysis, and quality improvement.
• Test microservices through functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze SQL results, application and server logs, test environments, and service behavior to troubleshoot failures.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, database teams, Product Management, and DevOps to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain traceability, test cases, execution evidence, and defects in test management systems.
• Mentor engineers, investigate root causes, own corrective actions, and communicate risks and testing recommendations.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least five years of software quality engineering or software testing experience.
• Strong automated testing experience for web, API, or mobile applications, with proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and comparable automation tools.
• Practical knowledge of AI-assisted testing, software development lifecycle practices, and functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Experience diagnosing complex failures with software developers and using requirements, test case, and defect management tools.
• Agile, DevOps, cloud, and microservices familiarity is beneficial; Polarion, SAFe, 21 CFR Part 11, and Good Practice knowledge are advantageous.
• Mentoring or technical guidance experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, plus professional English fluency.
