Sr. Engineer QA (Automation)

• Programming: Strong hands-on experience in Python with a good understanding of object-oriented programming and automation best practices.

• Test Frameworks: Strong experience with Pytest and BDD (Behave/Gherkin) for developing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.

• Automation Framework Design: Experience designing, developing, and maintaining reusable automation frameworks following Page Object Model (POM) and other industry best practices.

• IoT Testing: Experience testing IoT devices/controllers, including end-to-end validation of device communication with backend services, web applications, and mobile applications.

• Version Control & CI/CD: Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar) and integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines.

• Debugging & Root Cause Analysis: Strong analytical skills to investigate automation failures, identify root causes, and improve test reliability.

• Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional Agile team.

• Experience with Digital Farming, Smart Irrigation, Industrial IoT, or connected device ecosystems will be added advantage.
